Preschools often know where children are showing developmental vulnerability, but need practical support to turn that knowledge into consistent everyday educator practice. GrowLeadership™ is a flexible suite of leadership, coaching and mentoring supports that can be delivered as individual components or combined into a full one-term package. Services may select the level of support that best fits their Preschool Boost plan, site readiness, staffing availability and budget.

Depending on program elements selected, services leave with practical tools such as: Site Developmental Impact Blueprint, AEDC Priorities-to-Practice Map, educator reflection guides, coaching conversation prompts, differentiated planning templates, co-regulation and communication strategy menus, PeerCollective case consultation tools and a 30/60/90 day implementation plan

Leaders and educators are supported to identify developmental priorities, strengthen reflective practice, guide differentiated pedagogy, embed early intervention strategies and create more consistent, inclusive and emotionally responsive play-based learning environments.
